Chat Intelligence provides features designed to improve the efficiency of writing and comprehending messages within SeaTalk. This feature set includes three primary tools: Polish, Translate, and Summary.
Features Overview
Polish
Polish improves message clarity and formatting to enhance communication effectiveness.
Translate
Translate converts messages from other languages to either English, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian or Portuguese (Brasil), enabling better cross-language communication.
Summary
Summary generates concise summaries of conversations to help users quickly understand key discussion points.
How to Use Chat Intelligence
Writing Tools (Polish and Translate)
- Type your message in the input box
- Select either the "Polish Message" or "Translate" icon at the top of the input box, and select the language you would like to translate the text into (if you are using the translate function)
- Review the processed message
- Replace your original message if desired
Summary Feature
1. Navigate to the chat or thread you want to summarize
2. Click the summary option in the top bar
3. Review the generated conversation summary of the past 7 days
4. If you want to change the language of the summary, you can click the "Switch Language" button in the summary result page. This will also update your default language for future summaries.
